To be eligible to receive equipment for use, the borrower must sign the hold harmless agreement noted below. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT INDEMNIFICATION: The BORROWER shall indemnify and hold harmless Youth Resources and subsidiaries, its agents and employees from and against all claims, suits, actions, damages or causes from action arising from personal injury, loss of life or damage to property or both, resulting directly or indirectly from the use of Youth Resources equipment. By signing the Equipment Loan Contract form above, the Borrower/Assignee agrees to the following: Agreements: 1. All who borrow (Borrower) or are assigned (Assignee) Youth Resources property must complete this agreement when assets are leaving the property site. 2.  The Borrower/Assignee agrees to accept full responsibility for the equipment and will reimburse  Youth Resources for any damages incurred by misuse, negligence, carelessness, or failure to follow required procedures as described below. 3. The Borrower/Assignee agrees to be the sole user of the equipment (including software). 4. The Borrower/Assignee agrees to return the equipment in the same or better condition than they received it. In case of accident or damage, other that normal wear and tear, the Borrower agrees to repair or replace borrowed equipment.  5. The Borrower/Assignee agrees not to make unauthorized copies of licensed software. 6. The Borrower/Assignee agrees to return the property on or before the date specified. Failure to return the property on the date specified may result in a $25.00 per day fee. This is imperative to allow others to use the equipment as scheduled. With some equipment you may be expected to return it in the morning and someone else may be checking it out in the afternoon. 7. The Borrower/Assignee agrees to return the property at any time when asked to do so by Youth Resources Administrator. 8. The Borrower/Assignee agrees to return the equipment clean or I will be happy to pay a $25.00 Cleaning fee. Procedures: 1. Any Assignee using Youth Resources property must use all reasonable precautions to protect the property in their sole care, custody and control. 2. Particular attention must be given to safeguarding property during the storage and transportation of such property. Property must be placed in a secure, out-of-sight location. Property must be secured in the home or secured in a locked office. 3. If property is stolen from home or secured location, the Assignee will be expected to file a claim for recovery from their insurance company. 4. Special attention must be paid to highly desirable and easy to remove property such as laptop computers, cell phones, PDA’s and electronic organizers. Personnel should maintain direct possession and control of this property. Property must not be left in an unsecured room, classroom, office or storage area. 5. The Youth Resources staff must be notified immediately upon becoming aware that property has been stolen or damaged. Lost property must also be reported within 24 hours. Cotton Candy Machine and Supplies

There is no way to produce cotton candy without special equipment (cotton candy machine), but if you have the equipment, it is incredibly easy! Cotton Candy is made from Floss Sugar or Flossine mixed with granulated sugar. The sugar is first melted to a liquid. The cotton candy machine spins the liquid sugar and forces the liquid through tiny holes. When the sugar pass through the tiny holes it is shaped and cooled and becomes a solid again. The center of the cotton candy machine soon becomes filled with tasty sugar threads, which are collected and served on a paper cone. There are two misconceptions about cotton candy - that it is messy and hard to make. The truth is that it is very easy to make and not messy if operator is trained properly (along with using the right equipment). In making candy floss the key phrase is "let the machine make the product". As the crystallized sugar comes out of the floss head it will form a round web of cotton candy in the pan. Just before the weight of the floss causes it to drop - take a floss cone and lift the floss ring out of the floss pan. Roll it on the cone - it takes just a little practice. Wrong method, some operations roll the cone around the pan. By lifting and rolling the floss you give the product more air and larger presentation. HIGH OUTPUT COTTON CANDY MACHINES  Our high output cotton candy machines are used by professional operators all over the world and are very popular among stadiums, carnivals, arenas, department stores, festivals, amusement parks or other large venues. When you need to have high quantities of cotton candy in a short period of time - these workhorses are the machines to use. These cotton candy machines will easily produce over 4 servings per minute. Electrical requirements a 20 amp circuit works best with this machine but can be used on a 15 amp or generator. ALWAYS use a heavy duty extension cord APPLICATIONS: High output production for schools, stadiums, carnivals, arenas, festivals, amusement parks or other large venues for continuous production of cotton candy.   How to Make Cotton Candy Cotton candy is nothing but pure granulated sugar and Flossine (Flossine is the color and flavor only) or (ready to use) Floss sugar that contains the sugar, color and flavor already premixed for you. To make the sugar "cottony" it goes through the following process: Heat from the cotton candy machine head melts the sugar and turn it into a liquid. A set of very small holes in the floss head lets the liquid sugar flow through to form threads of sugar. The cotton candy machine spinning head slings the liquid sugar outward so it is forced through the holes and into the cotton candy machine bowl. The instant the thin threads of sugar hit the air, they cool and re-solidify, so in the bowl of the machine a web of sugar threads develops.
