Each partner will develop a syllabus that is specific to their quarter of training. - Look for syllabus to be posted soon.

Youth Resources is beginning an Urban Youth  Worker Training Cooperative. This training program is for volunteers, part time and full time youth workers and others that are concerned about helping to rescue our youth. In order to help get more individuals on the street working with youth we will start a monthly training program with a quarterly rotation with four training partners.

As a membership organization this will be your organization - you will feel a sense of ownership. The membership dues will be very inexpensive to build critical mass. We will provide training thru a cooperative training network for those who are members at no additional charge other than membership dues.  A nominal fee will be charged for non-members.

This will give you and your church an opportunity to be more effective, encouraged, and to make a difference in the city for the Kingdom of Heaven.

How Much Will it Cost ?

Membership dues will be $300.00/year for an individual and $700 for three to seven staff or volunteers from the same organization. Individuals may pay $25 / mo for 12 mo.

In order to do this we will raise approximately another $70,000 above the dues to underwrite administrative, material and training costs.

Being a Member will allow you to attend all the training for no additional charge.

Cost of training for non members will be $75 per day or $150 per quarter.

We have 36 youth workers signed up so far and will close registration at 50. Training will start in May. We will start a schedule that is friendly to part timers and volunteers with Saturday trainings that will look like this —
